Naval Museum, Peru, South America
The Naval Museum (El Museo Naval) is situated within the City of Lima and is filled with many important pieces of naval history.

The museum has several rooms that are filled with many important artefacts that include weapons such as revolvers, sabres and machine guns and which are all neatly presented in cabinets.

There are also exhibits that show the coast of Peru and where the various Ports and Islands are as well as several very detailed replica ships including examples of the reed boats that are still very much in use today.

Also on display within the museum are several tools such as those used for fishing, some wonderful oil paintings, several beautiful statues and a very large cannon.
