Santa Fe Island, Galapagos, Ecuador
The walking trail on Santa Fe leads you through a fascinating Prickly Pear forest where you can enjoy watching Cactus Finches carefully balance while feeding on the pollen from the Cactus plants.

Land Iguanas can also be seen along various parts of the trail and the Galapagos Hawk is often sighted resting in the tops of the Salt trees.

Due to the wonderful soft sand beaches of Santa Fe you will come across plenty of Sea Lions which can be seen relaxing with their young while Marine Iguanas watch from the rocks.

The snorkeling here is also excellent as you will often be joined by the playful and inquisitive Sea Lions along with numerous Marine Turtles and Tropical Fish.
