Cathedral of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
The Cathedral of Rio de Janeiro is also known as Catedral Metropolitana do Rio de Janeiro or Catedral Metropolitana de Sao Sebastiao. The Cathedral itself is dedicated to Saint Sebastian who is the patron saint of Rio de Janeiro.

This modern Cathedral was designed by architect Edgar de Oliveira da Fonseca and can accommodate around 20,000 people. The building is cone like in shape and has 4 amazing stained glass windows which go up around 80 meters from the floor all the way up to ceiling and are at there best on sunny days.
