The Museum of Sydney, Australia
This modern museum was opened in 1995 and is located where the first Government House was built in 1788.

Inside the museum visitors can view the remains of the historic Government House which was built by Governor Arthur Philip as his home, office and seat of authority and was used by several Governors afterwards up until 1845.

The museum houses a great deal of information about the history, culture and survival of the Cadigal people who were Aboriginal Australians that lived in the area around where Government House was built.
