City To Surf Road Race • Sydney
The City to Surf race covers a distance of around 8.69 miles and is open to a wide range of ages and abilities who annually have plenty of fun while raising much needed money for charities along the way in one of the most popular road race and fund-raising events in Sydney.

The race starts from the heart of the city next to the beautiful grounds of Hyde Park and heads in a westerly direction taking in many more areas of beauty from Rushcutters Bay Park, to Rose Bay and on to the most infamous stretch of the course "Heartbreak Hill" so named for its tough incline, before descending onto Bondi Beach to finish.

There are plenty of fancy dress costumes to be observed as well as live music along the race route to help keep the runners and spectators both motivated and entertained along the way.
