International Contemporary Art Fair (Arco)
The Internacional de Arte Contemporaneo is an annual event that features both local and international art exhibitions that attracts art lovers from around the world.

The exhibition houses hundreds of contemporary art collections from galleries around the world including paintings, video, sculpture and photography from as far afield as London, Paris, Belgium, France, Spain and the USA.

There are large solo pieces on display as well as awards such as the Audemars Piguet Award which offers a prize of 15,000 Euros to the winning artist.

The festival usually runs from about midday through to the evening and lasts for around five days attracting thousands of visitors to this popular event in a city that is already well known for its thriving art scene.

The art fair takes place every year often during the middle of February for five days.

ARCO is often held at the Ifema Feria de Madrid, 28042, Madrid in Halls 8 & 10.
